I add brown sugar and honey to vegetables like carrots and sweet potatoes.
We add a veggie to fruit juice so it is nice and sweet.

My family really loves their veggies so usually I don’t add much to make them appealing. However, occassionally my kids and husband really love butter and dill carrots. It is simple and easy and tasty.
