We’re big fans of Sam’s Club. I have to admit, our first interest in going there stemmed from needing candy – lots of it. We had bought a candy machine at an antique store and wanted to fill it with Skittles, so we knew Sam’s was the place to go!

I recently got the chance to get a Plus Membership at Sam’s, courtesy of MyBlogSpark, and am pretty excited to take advantage of the benefits – for one thing, coupons – who doesn’t like those? But I’m also interested to try the Click ‘n’ Pull service, where I can place my order online and then just have to pick it up the next day. The Plus Membership also includes early shopping hours, which can be a lifesaver if you need to go get something before work or school.

Speaking of school, Sam’s Club has a large variety of items on which you can earn Box Tops to help your local school. At the Sam’s Club Back-to-School event going on until August 31, you can get a head start on your collection and find 6 Box Tops on participating General Mills products. With your favorite Box Tops for Education brands, Sam’s Club really is a great place to purchase back-to-school supplies and help give back to schools at the same time. When we went this past weekend we bought several boxes of cereal – a quick and easy breakfast option, plus we got Box Tops on each box. We also bought a huge box of brownie/cookie mix. I love having a quick dessert option on hand if we have unexpected company – and again, we got Box Tops to help give back to our local school.
