Kix Cereal Review & Prize Pack Giveaway! – Frugal Novice

Kix Cereal Review & Prize Pack Giveaway!

Both of our boys love cereal. On the mornings they have it for breakfast they like to snack on it from a bowl with their cups of milk. We try to pick healthier cereal options for them so that they get a good start to their day. I used to love Kix as a child, but hadn’t tried it in a while. We recently got the chance to review Kix and Honey Kix – the boys loved them both! It was nice to add a new cereal to the mix, and this one that’s easy for both J & C to snack on.

With the same great taste kids have loved for more than 70 years, Kix makes it easy to serve your family a simple and healthy breakfast! Whether you choose to serve Original Kix or Honey Kix, you can be sure that your kids are getting a wholesome food with nutrients they need to grow.

The “Kid-Tested Mother-Approved”cereal is made with whole grain corn and is an excellent source of iron. It also is a good source of calcium, fiber, and Vitamins C and D. Original Kix has no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

To find out more, visit the recently launched Kix website, www.KixCereal.com, featuring background on the history of Kix, nutritional content, and special offers.

Sometimes I make muffins or cinnamon bread or something easy the night before so that breakfast is already (mostly) ready when we wake up. Mornings are always crazy, but that helps to make things a little easier. And tastier too.

Found you through MSM. In the morning I make sure to always sit down at the table for at least ten minutes and eat something with my daughter. Even if it’s just a banana and a cup of coffee, I sit with her and we “chat” (she is 19M so chatting is kinda jibberish and pointing at things in the kitchen). She might not remember a lot when she is fully grown, but hopefully she remembers me sitting with her in the mornings before work.

By making it “easy” for them to eat and get out on time. Basically it means being prepared and less stressful for everyone.
