Today’s Challenge: The People That Make My World Go Round

If I really wanted to share everyone that means a lot to me, it’d take me a lot to find photos of everyone. We’ve been blessed with loving families and friends (you know who you are!) that really do mean the world to us. Today, for the sake of keeping this from going on forever, I’ll just write about my three guys.

Brian is amazing. Seriously, wonderful. He’s supportive of all my endeavors – even this crazy blogging stuff! – and is my go-to for critiques and opinions. He is patient with our children, and a true partner in every sense of the word. We tell each other everything and he is truly my best friend (and has been for almost 13 years). He takes up my slack when I need it – I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to bed after a stressful day and wake up the next morning to a clean kitchen! I am immensely blessed to have found him and snagged him for my own. :)

J makes me laugh every single day. Sometimes it’s in disbelief at his stubbornness, but mostly it’s the quirky things he says or the funny observations he makes. He’s also quick to tell all of us how much he loves us all “because we’re a faaaaaaaamily and we love each other no matter what!” He amazes me at the things he knows and remembers, and it’s a blast seeing him learn new things all the time.

C is a sweetheart. He’s at a snuggly stage right now and is always asking to be held or cuddled. He toddles around all over the house following after one of us (mostly after J), and seeing his little wobbly run down our hallway always makes me smile. He loves to eat and one of his favorite things to snack on is raw onions, so when I’m in the kitchen working on dinner he’s often there with me asking for little bits of the veggies as I prepare them. He is less and less a baby every day, and although I’m a little sad for that stage to pass, I love how he and J play together and how he can do so much more with us as a family.

I love my little family!

Awww your husband sounds like an awesome guy! I have a great one like that too…they are certainly hard to come by, and we are truly lucky, don’t you think? :-)

they are so cute!!! what is the age difference? my oldest are 13 months apart and then there’s a 3 year gap between the next two.

Thanks, Lisa! They’re 20 months apart. I really like having them this close together. It was a little challenging at first, I won’t lie, but now it’s great!
