I love getting flowers. It completely brightens my day to get a bouquet! Brian’s always been good about surprising me with flowers on special occasions. His favorite place to order from is ProFlowers – we love the care they take in packaging, the creativity of the bouquet designs, and the freshness & long life of the flowers they send.
Needless to say, when I got the chance to review a bouquet from ProFlowers, I was thrilled. I had a hard time choosing between all of the options – here are some of the ones I thought about ordering:
In the end, I decided on the Carnival of Color bouquet – the vibrant colors are perfect for spring and are both cheerful and elegant.
There’s just something especially wonderful about getting flowers at work, and that’s where my flowers arrived. I got called up front to get my package, and there was my ProFlowers box waiting for me!
I love the way everything is packaged. The flowers are neatly wrapped in paper, with netting to protect some blooms. There’s a separate compartment with the vase nestled inside to protect it while in transit, along with flower food and a personalized note from the sender. I have one friend at work who said that they use ProFlowers to send bouquets to her mother-in-law who lives in a small town – it’s the best way to get fresh bouquets to her.
Anyway, back to my flowers – aren’t they pretty?
Apparently my coworker thought so too:
I got the flowers four days ago, and thought I ought to take a follow-up photo today so you can see how they’ve fared during that time period.
The irises have bloomed in the meantime, and only one flower in the bunch is wilted. The fact that the flowers still look great after several days is just as important to me as how they looked when they arrived – and I am sure this bouquet will last for quite a while. We have always been impressed with ProFlowers and will definitely continue to use them for sending flowers.
Mother’s Day is approaching quickly – if you’re looking for a good gift for your mom, I’m sure Mother’s Day flowers would brighten her day. I visited Pro Flowers and would pick the Garden Bouquet. I would send it to my sister who is in the military. She is in the process of getting a divorce and has a 3 year old daughter. I know these flowers would make her feel special since all she has felt is pain for a while now.
